Keywords: relaxation, friendliness, good food and cleanliness. I stayed two nights on a 3/4 board basis in a spa suite room and it felt like I was living in a dream. Abundant buffet breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory, rich and varied buffet lunch and dinner with dishes that are pleasing to the eye and the palate. All the staff were very kind and ready to satisfy every request, for example I have a food intolerance and upon my arrival they assured me that they were prepared and ready to avoid any type of cross-contamination. Shall we talk about the lake view? The location of the Hotel is unrivaled. Mine was an escape from the city but with the wonderful feeling of still feeling like I was at home. Lovely experience! Rooms: Clean and well-finished rooms Walkability: Path that runs along Lake Levico in front of the hotel, very romantic and easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was quite and clean, the food at dinner was really fresh and plentiful. Service was excellent. Breakfast was really great, lots of it and fresh again. The location of the hotel was perfect, right across from the beautiful lake Levico. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room’s are comfortable, there’s bikes you can use and tennis courts. The spa is really good too. We spent 4 very enjoyable days here and would definitely come back.
