I won’t be coming back. We decided to try Midway since our usual spot was closed. Unfortunately, we were placed in a lane right in the middle of what seemed like a children's party. I asked if we could change lanes because there were kids running around everywhere, and I was worried that my 18-month-old might get knocked over. The person at the counter was very dismissive and rude. We had to request the correct bumpers several times. The overall atmosphere was chaotic. I also didn't see anyone disinfecting the shoes. Additionally, the prices are significantly higher than other nearby places. We didn’t notice a handicap entrance either.

I hosted my husband's 30th birthday party at Midway Lanes yesterday, and it exceeded all my expectations! I was pleasantly surprised to find that a bowling alley offered such impressive bumper cars and laser tag. When my guests arrived late, the staff was flexible and adjusted the party's start time for us. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the event. All of this at a fantastic price. I highly recommend Midway Lanes!

I play in a league on Saturday nights. One evening, my fiancé's bag was stolen from her chair. We suspect it might have been taken by an employee, and it seems like they're trying to cover it up. They're refusing to show us the camera footage and are trying to dismiss the situation. We went to the Vestal Police Department for assistance, but unfortunately, without access to the surveillance, there isn’t much they can do other than potentially pursuing a lawsuit. I suppose that's the direction we'll have to take.
