Eatology - Vernon

Amazing food. The owners were great about celiac options. Even had gluten free baked goods such as a monster cookie for sale in bakery section.

They have a few “gluten free” items listed on menu (including fries and poutine) however after speaking with them they have a shared fryer and would certainly not be celiac safe despite the gluten free claims on menus as they cook gluten in the same oils. It’s a cute restaurant just wish they understood cross contamination process for allergy folks especially if stating GLUTEN FREE right on a published menu.

They have a separate celiac safe frier for the fries, and assured me that the prep area was GF

I recently moved to the Vernon area from Los Angeles about a year ago. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, so I was excited to try out all the breakfast spots in town until I found my favorite. I thought I had already found it, but then I discovered Eatology. This place is hands down the best in town. Some people have complained about having to order before being seated, but this is not unusual for restaurants in the area. In fact, I think it's a great system - you get your order in quickly and efficiently, and you never feel rushed, even during busy times. Plus, there's no waiting around after you finish eating - you're all set to leave. I highly recommend Eatology. Give it a try!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Favorite and the only restaurant I go to when I come to Vernon for trips! I love the atmosphere, friendly staff, and of course the most amazing food! I can’t even decide which menu item is my favorite because they honestly all are! If you’re in the area definitely check out Eatology, you won’t be disappointed!
