Whirlyball Vernon Hills

Great place to have fun and make wonderful memories. A whole different kind of fun. Cool bar with a nice variety of drinks. Plenty of parking.

While whirlyball itself was a really fun time, one of our guests' phone was stolen while we were playing. We didn't see any lockers or places to store our stuff while playing, so thought leaving purses, phones, etc. at the table would be safe. We notified staff, but it felt like an afterthought. For the money we paid for the event, food/beverage package, and reservation, super disappointed to lose a phone while doing their activity with no feeling.of empathy from staff. The service at the bar was also extremely slow for a midday event. At times, we were the only ones at the bar and still had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged.

Chris, Patrick, and Joey made this an excellent and exciting experience for our church's youth group. Stephanie and her team did an excellent job helping us coordinating this too. The teens and adults who attended had a blast and all agreed it was worth a repeat. The price is a great deal for what you get you of it. I highly recommend this location!

We went to a birthday party for 12 year olds plus Whirlyball. Pizza was served. The service was beyond horrible. The hosts had to keep filling up their own drink pitchers and ask for anything that was required. In itself that wouldn’t have been so bad except they were charged a 20% service charge. Question is for what? There was no service. The host discussed the situation with the manager who made no adjustment. If you’re thinking about a party at this place save yourself the trouble and cost and don’t do it.

I always enjoyed whirly ball but this time my visit was not fully satisfied. We played more then one game and all my friends who were driving red go cats kept on getting stuck. It was super frustrating. It should have been fun rather turn out to be disappointing.
