Triple 777 Café - Vernon

I requested my meal without onions, but when I didn’t see that noted on my order, I approached her to confirm. Instead of being helpful, she snapped back, "I know what you ordered and I know how to do my job," before returning to the kitchen with an eye-roll. Overall, it was a rude experience, and I have no intention of returning to this place again.

Excellent experience! They have a great selection, and the fries are fantastic. The staff is very attentive and focused on service. What a wonderful surprise at Vernon Downs! It’s clear they also prioritize cleanliness.

It seems like every time I place an order, it turns out wrong—this is the second time. Tonight, I ordered a hamburger, but unfortunately, I received just a burger without cheese. I spent over $11 for that. Now I'm sitting at the hotel, feeling really frustrated because this keeps happening. I was hoping to order wings later, but I’m not so sure now. Very disappointed.
