Very nice! Intimo, furnished with simple 70s furniture. Good drinks and all the menu of cutters and first dishes! Go get us an aperitif and a must if you're on the lawn and want to spend a nice evening with your partner...
If you are looking for a quiet place to eat a good aperitif without the deafening music, then this is the place for you. In the centre, halfway between Piazza Mercatale and Piazza del Duomo, there is this small place which is a middle street between a small Parisian place and the grandma's living room. Even the equipment will bring back to mind the old servants that as children we admired in the beliefs of grandmothers. The aperitif does not only include cocktails, but also an assortment of wines and prosecchi. During the drink, small appetizers are served on the menu. For the hungry, however, it is possible to order the complete courses, which offer in addition to the usual croutons and cheeses also of the salted crepes. There is also a good choice of cakes, cakes and crepes. In all honesty I recommend you try cheese tasting, it is worth it!
Thanks to our guide Camilla, we stayed last week to try this stew in the center of Prato. They are growing like mushrooms these French-seater stew, which then of French do not have much, only a wine and some cheese. We tasted the tris of tartare, the meat was very good but the tartare with fresh ginger was really too much for me too. The condiments were not in line with the type of dish. Good cheeses but not very well explained, and I would like to know what I eat and in what order I have to eat it if I have a selection of cheeses then! Then the cracks at the grand marnier really disappointed us, it wasn't what we expected. On the other hand, vegetarian meatballs were delicious, very strange, I expected the opposite. The environment is romantic and the prices are a little high for the quality of the dishes. If they really did just special French dishes it would be a turning point for the area.
But more than three stars I can't give them!!!!! Beautifully furnished and equipped environment, with vintage pieces and attention to detail, soft lights and a nice climate, the front part is set by sitting room with leather armchairs and a small table, cover and sheltered by the weather. We took some tartares and other dishes to taste: vegetarian meatballs and a selection of cheeses, considering that the menu is really limited I would have expected something unique and original.... instead ordinary. The best wine list offers a good choice even if I would give more room to French wines, since the intent is that. The couple of guys who manage it would be perfect and well organized, if they invented a more original menu surely they would bang!!!! For now you will definitely return for an aperitif or after dinner with the tranquility of the place.
