Le Petit Combin - Verbier

We reserved a table at 6.30pm for 7.30pm. We arrived and they had no reservation. We sat at the table for 15 minutes before any sign of service. Eventually my partner went to get the wine himself. We asked for bread. It didn't come so we went to fetch it. I ordered Steak Tartare which was a good choice as they hadn't had to cook it. My partner ordered Pot au Feu which could only be described as seriously disappointing for an extaordinate price of £40. A couple of marrow bones floating in tasteless broth with a couple of tasteless carrots and boiled potatoes. No flavour whatsoever. We relucantly paid the bill and had the next course at another restaurant.

Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und süß eingerichtet und bietet einen großartigen Service sowie ausgezeichnetes Essen. Es ist definitiv zu empfehlen für ein entspanntes Abendessen mit Freunden oder Familie.

Wir hatten einen Tisch um 18.30 Uhr für 19.30 Uhr reserviert. Als wir ankamen, gab es keine Reservierung. Wir saßen 15 Minuten an unserem Tisch, bevor überhaupt jemand zu uns kam. Schließlich musste mein Begleiter den Wein selbst holen. Wir fragten nach Brot, das nicht kam, also mussten wir danach fragen. Ich bestellte Steak Tartare, was eine gute Wahl war, da es nicht gekocht werden musste. Mein Begleiter bestellte Pot au Feu, das zu einem exorbitanten Preis von 40 Euro nur als sehr enttäuschend beschrieben werden kann. Ein paar Knochenmarkstücke schwammen in geschmackloser Brühe mit ein paar fade Karotten und Kartoffeln. Geschmacklos. Wir zahlten widerwillig und gingen zum nächsten Gericht in einem anderen Restaurant.

Hervorragende Bewertung. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent und das Essen ist köstlich. Alles in allem war es großartig.
