Sir Thomas Brewing Co - Venterstad

This weekend marked our second time at the brewery and they have a new lager addition which is so delicious we bought a few bottles to go. Try out their beer and pizza tasting!

Went on Saturday afternoon for my dads birthday. We loved every minute of the day. We were well looked after even though they were under staffed. The pizzas are really tasty. We each had a beer tasting and struggled to choose which beer we preferred. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a chilled out day listening to live music and soaking up the beautiful scenery.

Stumbled across Sir Thomas thanks to the Entertainer App over the weekend and I'm so happy we did! <br/ <br/ We arrived early and were welcomed in by the brewer himself (very cool) and started a tasting. They had a pairing option too with pizza but we had just eaten *cry* so will have to be back for that!<br/ <br/ The setting is so beautiful, you look over l'avenir if I'm not mistaken and it's just really serene and pretty. Perfect for a sunny winter's day. <br/ <br/ Service was great, from the brewer himself and from a lovely bubbly woman who both made themselves very useful. <br/ <br/ I can't wait to try the pulled pork pizza mmmm

Brewery has a very good landscape view, the outdoor dining has a mind blowing view. We enjoyed the beer tasting with live barbecue counter. Also they have an attractive interior.

Firstly had some issue with Google maps trying to take me to Sir Thomas Brewery. It takes the wrong turn off which takes you to some wine farm. You have to take the turn off by Summerhill Wines. We did a beer tasting and had pizza (some had nachos). I had the Hardebaard pizza and it was amazing!! I would definitely recommend a beer tasting, especially if it is nice and warm outside.
