Prime Serious Steak Venice

Very disappointing. My meal was delicious. My friend ordered filet which arrived under cooked and missing the additional onions ordered. It was sent back and arrived again charred and flattened with a shrunken blacked poatao and still no onions. The manager was dismissive and even chuckled at our complaint. She said it was hard to do it properly. Are you kidding me? It 's a steakhouse- this is what you do!No offer to redo again. They did remove from bill. However one of us left hungry. Proceed with caution.

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. Jordan our waitress was awesome.

The food was excellent. We had the ny strip, prime Rib and teriyaki sirloin. However the server was the most disappointing one we have ever had there. Our drinks came out wrong, half spilled on me when delivered, making a puddle on.the floor that we had to request a clean up for. We were never served water, we didn't get a choice of salad type, one of entrées was supposed to come with a loaded Hasselback, but we received a plain baked potato. We had asked early on for wine to be served with dinner. Took us halfway through the meal to get them, a promise to bring a soda refill right away took 15 min. We love this place and the food, but this server was rushed and not organized

Great place for steak. Got there early without reservations, seated immediately. Nikki was right there and provided us with superb service. The salad was created by the table and served. Our prime rib was delicious and cooked to order. Their hassleback potato was a great compliment to the steak. Will definitely return.

My server was Krissy and she was amazing!!!! Her suggestions on the menu were awesome! She was so sweet and an amazing server! Couldn’t be any happier with service definitely will ask for her every time we come!!
