Luna Sentada - VENEZIA

This little place I stumbled upon only because it had begun to rain. I’m so glad I did. The squid ink pasta was sublime and the Amarone was fantastic. I came back a second time and had the fish of the day which was excellent. And of course the Luciano Arduini Amarone again. This time with the tiramisu. They were at times a bit frantic in accommodating those without a reservation, but as one of those, I’m grateful they accommodated me. Grazie!

Next to Plaza San Marco but still out of tourists. Next to a small canal. Very nice ambience and service. The food and wine are excellent. Do not come here in a hurry as they prepare the pasta when you ask for it. One of the best restaurants we have been in Italy.

One of the waiters was quite aggressive, but otherwise the service and taste were impeccable. Specific serving of fish in such a bag and in parts.
