Zubu Food Hall Olympic Village

I went during the lunch break, and I absolutely understand that it is the busiest time. but I wish the restaurant had told me how they stopped and I did not take my order. the restaurant was not very busy, but I guess they had many online orders. fortunately I would have gone somewhere else if I had known. but they didn't tell me, and it wounded over an hour so they could get me a bowl of supple. then they gave me my food to the wrong person and had to give it back. In view of as ramen should be fast eating, that was really not good. Once it arrived, it was delicious. I have no complaints about food quality. but when they come here, they'll be sure to ask themselves directly if there's a moment. or command them before the arrival.

The restaurant, located in an industrial neighborhood, had a cool interior. The tonkatsu ramen I ordered was pretty good, with a rich broth (though very oily) and the noodle texture was a bit too soft for my liking. The overall presentation was nice and I enjoyed watching the Japanese ramen chefs cook in the open kitchen. I'm glad I tried it.

This restaurant serves the best broth in the city. My husband and I both ordered the tonkotsu dish and he finished it completely. We visited on a rainy Saturday and were the only customers in the restaurant. We also tried the switch, which was delivered to our table by the server. We would definitely return to try other items on the menu as they all looked delicious!

I do not recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant. The last time I ordered, they forgot the Ebi-Fry appetizer. This time, they forgot the fried chicken I ordered and my friend's curry only came with chicken and rice. I tried to call multiple times but only reached voicemail. Terrible service. I will not be ordering from them again.

Spicy vegan ramen is so delicious and filling. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other vegan dishes.
