The Bistro At Vcc - Vancouver

As a group of four at the cooking table, we found it fascinating to watch the chef prepare each dish right in front of us. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and there was a wonderful variety of dishes to choose from.

Delicious! I had a fantastic time and can't wait to return.

Our group had a lovely time, enjoying a wonderful meal, quiet, discreet service from Janet and much attention from Chef Dennis and Chef Tobias. We were curious about a few items on our plate and Chef explained everything to us, with a big smile on his face. He is proud of his position and of his students. We have already made plans for another visit in the new year.

This was an excellent Fine Dining experience. The flavorful food would enhance any 5-star restaurant. The plating was superb in being so artistic and inviting. The ambiance was very pleasant and elegant. Our service was very attentive, gracious and refined. These culinary students are clearly receiving an excellent education. The program director, Jamie, has achieved very admirable skill levels with this Culinary Department. We look forward to our next visit. Lorna
