Bidra med feedbackDelicious, hot on pickup, nicely packed so that it could go into our oven, nothing forgotten, potatoes were lubricated sooo goood!!! The turkey, all carved, delicious, with a wonderful gravy! We both had to do with different stressful problems, and Max made it possible to celebrate with the family. Simple gratitude we've ever had! We want to do it again, for Christmas. Take the stress from the hostage of a family celebration! Thank you to all at Max's! We were grateful for your hard work. It is really obvious that you take care of the products you serve and the people you serve them!
Been frequenting Max 's for 30 years, went in cash into my Loyalty card, from which owners are told that because they are no longer canceled while Covid) the value $18.50) was no longer used. What a way to treat a loyal customer or any customer. I will not return; the owner just bought $18.50 value of negative advertising.
We had a rag and mushroom quiche and a Spanakopita. We'll share it. Both were very good and delicious. We also had 2 cups of coffee. Saw outside on a sunny, cold Vancouver day.
This once iconic Deli was worth the additional cost for super tasteful and high-quality ingredients. We bought several articles spanakopita, beef stew, quiche and a sandwich. Everything was lacking in taste and very disappointing. We took a bite from the quiche and Spanakopita and...both were super greasy, and the stew was awfully dry, all without taste, and we ended everything except the sandwich that was mediocre. I'm not going back there and I'm pretending not to waste your money.
Stopped here with my 13 year old and we were glad we did. The sandwiches will not disappoint you. Lots of options other then sandwiches, the fresh baked cookies were delicious. Staff was friendly and service was as quick as it could be for how...busy it was. I would return again.
