Be cautious when making reservations through Open Table. They may not always be honored. Upon arriving, we noticed a sign that said "Seat yourselves," so my reservation was seemingly not recognized.

When I arrived my table wasn’t ready they said that we confirmed too late in the day. Basically they had given our table away and it wasn’t available for us. Food took about 40 minutes to arrive, We only ordered nachos and motza sticks. Also had to stand at the doorway for 15 minutes as people walked into us while we waited for a table

We had a generally good experience at this restaurant. Although we had reserved a high table, we were seated at a lower one next to the big screen. The appetizers were delicious, though the service was a bit slow.

We arrived early before a game so we could grab a meal before heading to another bar for drinks. The service was extremely slow. We had to ask multiple times for water and to order another round of drinks, which made us feel like we were inconveniencing the staff. There was no apology for the slow service, leading us to believe that this is the norm at this restaurant on game days.

Without any warning during the booking process, when I arrived the restaurant insisted on charging a cover to watch a UFC fight. I wanted to have a quick but decent meal close to where I was working and this was the only reservation available on short notice via OpenTable. I had no interest in watching the fight, and told them so. They didn 't care. For the cost of a $5 cover charge they lost my business forever and gave me reason to avoid OpenTable as well. Terrible policy for OpenTable to be booking dinners in establishments that charge a cover, period.
