Chambar Restaurant - Vancouver

Came here for brunch, ordered the waffles with dark chocolate topping and mixed berry compote. It was amazing. Also, my fiance ordered the chai latte, hands down best chai latte we have ever tried. We've been searching for a new favorite brunch place and we have definitely found it at Chambar.

Great food, was not aware it’s mostly a seafood restaurant no chicken. Anyways i enjoyed my beet salad and my husband enjoyed his dish with wild boar. Great service

Service was superb and so was the food. I had the vegan option, Currie d’Ortie (stinging nettle curry with smoked tofu), which I have never had before. It was amazing. I was very pleased to see a vegan option that wasn’t just a salad. The other three in my part throughly enjoyed their halibut and their tuna dinners and our desserts. Presentation was beautiful as well.

Had Birthday dinner at this restaurant and the service from start to finish and the food was just outstanding! Thank you Molly for looking after us. If you are looking for attention to details, this is the place to be. Thank you!
