Little Caesars Pizza - Vancouver

I love the energy out of the employee's especially the night shift. They all are amazing and respectful. And food is always hot and space is always clean. My family loves it.

When we arrived, the girl behind the counter did greet us,but her politeness went down hill fast. After we ordered she asked if we had a car. But it sounded like she said card. So my wife asked do we have a card? She rudely said do you have a car. We said yes but will wait inside (which took 20 plus minutes) for our pizza and cheese sticks. While we waited we witness not a single employee was wearing hair nets. Also we say female cashier not only handle cash, touch the door to go and take orders out and come back inside, touch boxes and never washed her hands one. We also saw another male employee touch his hair, play on his phone and mess with his clothes and never washed his hands. After we got our food the female cashier did ask if we want marinara sauce but that's it. Did ask if we needed to get a soda or the cookie dough. She just said here is your food and nothing else. Needless to say. We will drive a little bit farther to go to a different location instead of this one. I can honestly say the staff needs to watch their language because we could easily hear foul language coming from the back where the pizzas are prepared. Plus food handling safety needs to be re-addressed be the lack of food safety is failing and retrain on custom service.

So I was just in you guys to work getting pizza. the person that served me did not listen to me at all I had to repeat myself four almost five times and she still got my order Incorrect. had to correct her before she put it through had to get rude with her because she wasn't listening. then when she brought my pizza to my car I rolled down my window she shoved it in my face. the boxes hit me in the face and she walked off and didn't even say anything she needs to be fired ???

I would like to recognize Tiffany the manager! Tonight I went in for a pizza my son wanted for dinner and this gave me a chance to see what can be done about a pizza I ordered on 11/9/23 . I ordered a supreme pizza but gave me a pretzel pepperoni crust pizza . I went in tonight showed Tiffany my online receipt and pictures of the pizza that night and she said she would give me my pizza for free and also threw in some cheese sticks for the inconvenience. She apologized and was super nice about this situation. The whole squad was awesome as well! Keep up the good work ladies and gents ! God bless you all

Did not know what a hot n ready was. Pizza has very little sauce. And the cook cashier were the same person not wearing
