Bidra med feedbackLarge family birthday party with fun loving rowdy tots who love to chase, we were in the party room and had a wonderful time, the food was really good, the service was excellent and very kid friendly staff. Every order was delivered to the right person with no long waits for anyone, all of the checks were separate and also delivered to the right group as well as the credit cards, very organized, attentive and friendly staff! I don't know about you but my food always tastes even better with such great service!
For the most part I love this restaurant. The food is good, the staff is great as well. However, I’ve become frustrated with the take out portion sizes, which keep getting smaller even though prices have been raised for inflation. The most frustrating part is that the take out portions are much smaller than if you dine in. The container they use for the entree is small, they used to use that same container to put the enchiladas and rice in, then put the beans in a separate container. Now they just make the beans and rice portions smaller and cram it into one container. I also paid for a half pint of Pico, but they only filled it halfway. This time they filled up the queso dip but last time it was only filled halfway. But keep in mind, even when they fill the container it’s still less queso than if you dine in. Also, I ordered an entree and two sides, but they only gave me one salsa and a tiny bag of chips, which was only filled halfway and most the chips were crunched up. They used to give a much larger bag of chips. They should also give at least one salsa per item ordered. I almost asked for another salsa, but last time they made a big deal when I asked for two salsas, even though I ordered two items (in my opinion, that’s a stupid thing to argue about with a customer, especially since dining in you get as much salsa as you want). All this stuff together was more than $30, even considering inflation that’s pretty steep. If I had eaten in the restaurant I would have gotten much more. I do recommend this place for dine in, but I’ll be shopping around to find another Mexican restaurant for my take out orders.
When a bus load of over 60 year old people walk in you know the food won’t be spicy, what I didn’t know is lunch would be time traveling back to school cafeteria Mexican food day. The salsa is primarily tomato sauce, no heat, not even onion to give it some distinction. The fajitas were also lacking flavor. The shrimp needed peeled, the chicken needed moisture and the steak needed to be packaged as jerky. The margarita (mango) paled in comparison to a Sonic slushy (and both have the same alcohol content). I didn’t expect authentic, small hole in the wall places always exceed at that, but this was by far the most Alaskan Mexican food I’ve ever had.
Fiesta bonita is our favorite place to eat. house margarita, garnelen fahita, and friendly witness is the good opportunity to finish our busy day as a load owner. we love u fiesta bonita.
We had a great experience at Fiest Bonita. Ordered tacos and they were hot, flavorful and just the right portion. The rice and beans were not super special and that prevented me from giving 5 stars. Food is plated hot, meaning no cold dishes. My daughters had an amazingly hearty quesadila and my wife had hot chowder. Again, every main dish was hot and tasty. Staff was kind and attentive, and we were treated with not only chips and salsa, but bean dip as well. We finished it off with very generous portions of horchata! Will be coming back for more!
