Mcdonald's - Van Nuys

Received the incorrect flavor of pie again at this restaurant. This has now occurred twice at this specific location. It is recommended to double check the pie orders to avoid this mistake.

The food at this restaurant arrives mostly hot, with the exception of the fries which were warm but not hot. This may be due to the packaging, as placing hot items in a bag next to cold drinks can quickly cool down the hot food. To improve this, the restaurant could use a corrugated recycled paper cardboard to better separate and insulate hot and cold items. Simply slipping a precut flat 1/3" corrugated cardboard sheet between the hot and cold items would make the food easier to travel with.

This time my Double Filet O Fish with extra tartar sauce was hot and perfect- Arraigned with care, a relative thing of beauty. I have never received a Double Filet O Fish that could have been an advertisement- even the extra tartar sauce was spread on both side. Then the burger-they left out the extra meat patty as Ordered on the Double Hamburger. and this is a common problem With all the locations on DoorDash. Fries were nice and hot as were the McNuggets... its a shame Almost got this order perfect- but for 1 thing.

This is the first time I've ordered from McDonald's and it was perfect! The double fish sandwich had a soft bun and arrived nice and warm. I prefer this location's fish sandwich over the one at the location across the street, and it's also cheaper here. They offer many items for over a dollar less than other locations. In the past, I've had issues with orders arriving at room temperature or completely messed up, so I'm thrilled to have found this location. I hope their excellent service continues and we can build a great relationship. Please don't change a thing now!

Order was messed up as is usual from either of my local McDonalds. This time it was the plain double hamburgers with extra meat. They added bacon and cheese and all the mustard and ketchup and pickles etc... exactly what I had NOT-REQUESTED. The worst part is then having to either order again to feed a picky 6 year old who hates all those "adult" Condiments. Its especially annoying since when I place these orders its to make someone feel like theyre considered by ordering something special just for him. In this case it was good to get the free 10 piece McNuggets with French fries and that sufficed this time- but have those two messed up burgers in my fridge in case someone here wants one...
