Chick-fil-a - Valparaiso

Honestly I?m happy that valpo got a chick-fil-a but it doesn?t hold to the standard that chick-fil-a has set nationwide. The lines are slow, the food isn?t as dependable, it?s just overall not the chick-fil-a experience I?ve come to expect.

I ordered from here and everything came out very quickly! The food was hot, fresh and ready. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt but Elyse made sure she was able to send it my way. Losing receipts happens to reps from time to time so I appreciate when owners/managers are so proactive (Elyse giving me a call back when it wasn?t sending to the first email provided) when helping with receipt retrieval because it makes me want to use their restaurants more often!

I used the app to place our food order, and it was very user-friendly. We simply sat at our table, selected what we wanted, paid through the app, entered our table number, and that was it. Our food was brought directly to us, so we didn’t have to wait in line to order. My friend wanted a mix of half diet Dr Pepper and half regular Dr Pepper, but there wasn’t an option for that on the menu. However, there was a section for comments on the order, so I included it there, and they got it right when they delivered our drinks.

You have to love God's chicken! I would say that the lines move quickly, and the mac and cheese is what the kids are calling "bussin" these days.

I lived in Dubai and then moved to Valparaiso, where I tried Chick-fil-A. It quickly became my favorite restaurant in town. It serves the best chicken I've ever had! I absolutely love the spicy chicken, among other options. My whole family enjoys eating here for lunch about 2-3 times a week.
