Sicilia D'oro Pizza Pasta

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I called to place my order, the person who answered simply said "hello" and then went silent. They didn't even mention the name of the restaurant, which made me wonder if I had dialed the wrong number. I ordered baked ziti with sausage for pickup, but they got my order wrong and there was no sausage. To top it all off, the food was tasteless and not enjoyable at all. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here—it's terrible!

I come here as a usual... My daughter gets the pie to stay or to go every other day.. The people here are friendly and the hospitality is amazing. It feels like i'm at home every time. The taste is amazing. Hands down my daughter's favorite pizza's store. They have the best deals and the best pizza.Kid-friendliness: They do have high chairs... My daughter is a toddler now so she uses the regular chairs.. But there's a lot of room for the children to Sit and eat.

When I was a kid, over 15 years ago, there was a guy working there who resembled Russell Crowe, and he was so kind. However, things have changed since then. I understand why some people might be put off by the customer service. To avoid any hassles, I recommend ordering online instead. And don't forget to tip your driver—they aren't connected to the pizzeria!

The pizza was cold and quite hard, lacking flavor. However, the cheesecake and cannoli were delicious!

Some people review Customer Service as being sexist or rude. Some people also say the food has gotten better since new management or some say it’s gotten worse.Personally I’ve been coming to this pizzeria for almost 20 years and despite who’s been running it I have never had anything but pleasant interactions with the staff, and as far as the pizza goes, there’s a reason why I’ve been coming for 20 years…selection and quality is off the charts. The cheese is not greasy and the sauce is full of flavor. Plus the buffalo slices are so good
