The Sardine Can - Vallejo

Wow! The design is simple, but the food is incredible and fresh. I tried the fish and chips, and the bread wasn't heavy—there were four generous pieces of fish. We were pleasantly surprised.

The atmosphere is wonderful, and if you’re fortunate, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the marina from inside. The food was excellent! I had the fish and shrimp combo with a side salad. The portion sizes were generous, more than enough for one person. The service was outstanding, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend giving it a try!

The Sardine Can has been on my must-try list for quite a while, and I finally got the chance to go. I ordered the Fish Shrimp Combo, and it was absolutely delicious and fresh! I was impressed by the generous portion size and the quick service; my glass was never empty. I can't wait to go back! The restaurant also offers a fantastic view of the marina and has plenty of seating.

The Sardine Can is already there as long as I can remember, so it's probably more than 50 years old, IDK, but I went to the waterfront when I was a child and it was then. Always had a good reputation and a wonderful view of the water. Great Food and Professional Staff with GREAT Attitude... I had many a wonderful night and a few better mornings, they never kicked me out... Love this place!!!

Good clam chowder bowl a little smaller than I thought it would be..they have outdoor seating so I was able to bring my little dog in his stroller. (Always a plus) Boyfriend had a mushroom cheese burger and had really great charbroiled flavor...it was really good. Also they have a bar there with some speciality drinks. (good list of drinks) they offer, plus beer.
