The staff was pleasant and friendly. Even when they were busy, they made sure to provide a personal experience for each customer. The food at Carl's Jr is consistently hot, fresh, and very satisfying. I appreciate you bringing our order to the car and adding jalapeños to everything for me! Thank you!

Dear Carl's, I had a disappointing experience at your Vallejo location. For the first time, the person taking my order was rude and ended up arguing with me. When I pointed out that my order was incorrect, he insisted that he had done it perfectly. Overall, not a great experience.

I have to say, I don't give this place 4 stars because it was simply good; it was truly amazing! The restaurant was impeccably clean. I ordered the Burger Breakfast Sandwich combo and requested a large drink, opting for ice water instead of coffee. However, the server insisted on a bottled drink multiple times, which I declined each time. I'm not sure if there was a misunderstanding or if there was pressure to upsell, but it felt a bit excessive. Despite that, the food was outstanding—I'd give it a perfect 10 out of 10!

The food was overpriced for fast food. The restaurant is located in a large, open warehouse at the street entrance, making parking convenient but the atmosphere a bit lacking.

The dining area was closed unexpectedly. A passing person was great.
