The dining area was closed unexpectedly. A passing person was great.

I came in a week ago on my lunch break ordered fried zucchini a beyond famous. They charged me(I declined if there was extra charge for this) for extra lettuce tomatoe(I only got way extra lettuce) I asked for fresh fried zucchini(not fresh). I did the survey because how much more I paid for my lunch for it to not be right got a validation code to use on next visit. Didn't say what it was for but I came back today to find out that they wanted me to buy a burger to get one free. That's not what I wanted told the manager this explained the reason for my coming back. I was just going to leave forget the whole restaurant chain when I wasn't being understood at first the the manager told me he would fix me another burger I offered to pay for my new order zucchini (hot this time) I was happy. He did his part in making sure he kept a customer although I had to pay for my zucchini...he at least tried to accommodate me. I'll give them that 4 stars.Not quite 5 stars from me yet.

I've always loved their charcoal burgers and onion rings

First off, it wasn't a lot of people. Second the food was good but it's very expensive. But then again they must have used some very good meat. Three the person that was nice and understanding. And also you could get some deals on the coupon which we did use.

Ordered the double cheeseburger large meal with a Coke instead of a large soda they gave me a medium soda instead of the natural cut fries which I asked for I ended up getting criss cut fries this place said cash only so be prepared there's no card no anything very disappointed lost at least 3 dollars wow....
