Black Bear Diner - Vallejo

The Tri-Tip-Dip was really well cooked and I added my salat ranch dressing to him to season it that made it even better! and to finish it, I have the cheesecake pudding cheesecake on top of graham cracker and woth chocolate sauce on it. will be recommending black bear diner

We couldn't get into the Buttercup, so we decided to try this place instead and we were pleasantly surprised. The food here tasted homemade and was full of flavor.

Food was great very much worth the price. Not sure if it was just a bad night. But the staff seemed very off and disorganized so service suffered.

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and attentive. My wife enjoyed her chicken fried steak, while I ordered the special of the day - a prime rib sandwich. Unfortunately, it was tough, thin, and tasted like bouillon. I could only manage to take a couple of bites, but the fries were good. The waitress noticed this and kindly removed it from our bill, even though I didn't complain or ask for it. I also tried the chocolate cream pie, which was delicious. Despite the disappointing sandwich, it was still a good experience overall. Next time, I'll stick to ordering from the regular menu.
