Artesano - Valledupar

This restaurant is the best (and maybe only) vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Valledupar. They offer an incredible selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees. They have options like vegan cheeze and vegan protein and they make incredible pastries and bliss balls. The owner and the staff are all so friendly and familiar with what is vegan vs vegetarian. Give this restaurant a try if you are in Valledupar; I am sure you will love it. I personally love the breakfast pancakes as well as the dinner pizza! I came and kept coming back to try as much food as I could during my stay in Valledupar. Este restaurante es el mejor (y tal vez el único) restaurante vegetariano/vegano de Valledupar. Ofrecen una increíble selección de desayunos, almuerzos y cenas. Tienen opciones como queso vegano y proteína vegana y hacen pasteles increíbles. El dueño y el personal son muy amables y están familiarizados con lo que es vegano o vegetariano. Pruebe este restaurante si este en Valledupar; estoy segura de que le encantará.

Super nice and helpful staff!!! I don't speak Spanish but they tried to explain everything I asked. I ordered some light meal because they close in 30 min. I want to go there again!!!

The bistro is completely vegan but has some veggie options which is cool. the atmosphere especially the light installation is rather cold but the staff is super warm and helpful. They have burgers, pizza, salads and a few other snacks as well as breakfast like arepas. I had the burger which was tasty, without wow effect. Fresh ingredients for sure. I had a juice which was made with a blender not juicer so the consistency wasn't ideal. As desert i had tres leche made vegan, it was veeeery good! A little sad they only have plastic cutlery. heads up for this vegan place in the north of Colombia! They seem super happy about their products and i really hope it works out for them!

I had a juice that was made with a mixer, not juice, so the consistency was not ideal. as desert I had made tres leche vegan, it was veeery good! a little sad they only have plastic cutlery. leads for this vegan place in the northern Colombians! they seem super happy about their products and I hope it works for them!

We ate here a few times and all we had was nice. Fresh things Not all was avail all the time but at least what they had was fresh :
