El Mercado Del Trigo - Valladolid

So what's with the English writers thinking it's great and the Spanish ones saying its mediocre?! I was there for brunch today and everything was just right. Good crowd (everyone I heard was speaking Spanish), nice vibe, great server and my brunch was outstanding. Had the potatoes, fried eggs and jamón serrano all done just right. The price was €10 with tip, a large coffee (well as big as it gets for Spain) and a fresh OJ. The oj was almost as expensive as my breakfast so that's a way you could save if you wanted. Well recommended spot!

This is very nice place to eat breakfast in Valladolid. They made very good coffee con leche and home made fresh juice

As usual in Spain, difficult to find a proper meal at the proper time. However empanadas (sort of flaky pastry pie) available here all day. Rather pleasant (except for the offhand attitude of the waitresses, but what do you expect in Spain? Simpatia?
