Steak 'n Shake - Valdosta

Not sure why there is always a problem with this restaurant, but the order in the drive through is never easy or fast (and, I understand that they advertise that they cook to order, but there are restaurants that they can go and eat faster than the order of this restaurant). today I moved behind two cars to the line and was waiting for over 20 minutes to order a milkshake. I finally made it before the order-skiosk and waited for 17 of these minutes. After I was asked to wait and did for 17 minutes, I asked if I could order and was told to wait a little longer because they had some problems, so I left with five more cars waiting behind me. Maybe these customers have more luck than I have. I went and went down to the arby’s and ordered a shake and was in less than four minutes with shake in the hand, and two cars were before me.

Waited in line a hour. In the process employee walked out crying returned to work 15 minutes after waiting in line over a hour crying shaking her head but she returned back to work . Finally get to window get our food ! To find it COLD BURGER FRIES OLD)CHEESE DIP COLD A WASTE OF $16.00 . CALL THE LOCATION TO COMPLAIN PHONE CALLS AREN'T ANSWERED AND ITS BEEN 2 HOURS I'VE BEEN CALLING. And the food is still sitting here uneaten because I'm BEYOND ????!

The food we got was OK, and the service was good! But were were very disappointed to find chicken fingers were not on the menu anymore, so we had to make a second stop to feed our younger kids who don't like burgers or hotdogs. Also my chili cheese fries had the tiniest bit of shredded cheese on them instead of the cheese sauce that's my favorite part!

Totally automated. if they ask for help, she'll get my fault. it took 25 minutes to get our food and the fries were cold. after 2 o'clock. the machine actually seeks a tipp. accepted to be a family place to not dine quickly. nothing fast and friendly about this.
