Burger King - Valdosta

What I like about this Burger King is that in addition to the others, they have a daily special, etc. as most of the chain goes, it is good to eat at a fair price. the restuarant is large and there are always tables when they eat. they also have a senior drink.

The staff appeared very flustered as we attempted to place our order, without even a simple greeting. We had hoped to try the new Spider-Man Burger, only to be told that they no longer offered it, despite it being recently advertised. There was no apology given, which was disappointing as my son had been excited to try it and we had visited multiple Burger King locations in search of it. It was upsetting to see them advertise something for children only to disappoint them in the end. The service was incredibly rude.

Ordering food online is pointless. I placed my order and it took 38 minutes to receive it. I could have gotten my food faster if I had gone to the restaurant myself. I felt like I was baking in the car drive-through and had to come inside anyway to pick up my food. The staff were rude and barely acknowledged me. I hadn't been back in a while due to the poor attitudes, but I decided to give it another try.

Ride thru cashier was rude. She didn't repeat my order before she collected the money. When I found out that she hadn't included my little onion rings, she said she didn't ring them and I had to change. I didn't get a reception either. Very rude and evil. Bad customer service. I wouldn't even give a full star for the evaluation.

It was late when I showed up. The food was like that. But the Happy Go Lucky Setting/Demeanor of employees is something (in a good way) you just don't see enough. Food: 3/5
