Our visit to this restaurant turned out to be extremely disappointing. Despite having reserved a dinner for 9 at night and having arrived 10 minutes in advance, we found a staff of three employees (a cook, a waitress and the bartender) who showed a remarkable lack of interest in serving us. . The defensiveness of the waitress created an uncomfortable feeling, and her comment that the food was pretty much of the day only added to the confusion about the quality of the dishes. After finally taking our orders for dinner, the situation took an even more negative turn. My choice of a serving of octopus was met with obvious distaste from the waitress. The lack of professionalism and unwelcoming treatment by the staff completely tarnished the experience we had hoped to enjoy at this establishment. It was not only disappointing service, but also bewildering. Ultimately we decided to leave without dinner. That 's when the cook came out of the kitchen and instead of apologizing or showing any concern for our experience, she simply stated that she did whatever she wanted at home. In short, our experience at this restaurant was a huge disappointment. Despite our reservation and early arrival, we were treated with apathy and neglect by the staff. The waitress, in particular, was defensive of our food choices, and her comment about the freshness of the food only added to our confusion. The fact that we left without dinner, and the dismissive response from the cook, further emphasized the lack of professionalism and customer service at this establishment. Without a doubt, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying dining and service experience.

The restaurant has a spectacular setting, the food is incredible and the service unbeatable. I think it's a luxury that there are people who strive to provide excellent quality for holiday enjoyment and for the people who live there all year round. Service: Dine in
