Bidra med feedbackDunkin Good Place. Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts, it is clean and well lit. The staff always greets me with a smile and has never waited long. (also during breakfast break) The food is delicious and coffee is always hot. I would recommend this place to everyone.
PRODUCTS I would like to thank the Valatie Dunkin Donuts staff at 9H for providing an excellent service after my experience minutes before East grennbush Dunkin. I had the worst experience in this place this morning to say sad because usually no matter what, they give service with a smile. I usually go there on my way to work, I have to make my coffee taste right. I order it in the same way: sugar cookie, 1 sugar, Xtra cream, well stirred, and an egg white veggie wake up wrap. Some morning it's good other times it tastes like the sugar cookie flavor 't added, and they are aware of it and they fix it. Actually, a few times the sugar cookie flavor was omitted. This morning I said to the male employer after I tasted the coffee and it was 't right, I could start going to another dunkin. This employee begins to take it personally and has an attitude. When you tell me things, the consumer says: tell us how you want it, and you always say it's not right. I have to admit that I was withdrawn from his approach, yes I choose the product I buy, but nevertheless, they would not want customer satisfaction. I went on and said I don't know how I want it, I order it here and every other DD. I say the other Dunkins never have a problem doing it right. So he closes the window, goes away, and I can see that everyone sees his way, and mine as he goes on. He returns with the cup of Joe, with visible coffee that is spilled all over the sides, and I ask for napkins to wipe it off, he wipes it for me and hand it over. So we continue this heated debate, and it ends by saying that if you don't like your coffee to move around and come. For a moment, I was thrilled with the idea of going to the store, but with his obvious acidic demeanor, and my natural instinct to fight for what is right, I decided to reject his offer, my exact words were: No, I'm just handed over my sandwich. He gave it to me with a moment of his wrist and a disgusting look at his face. I drove away, and as soon as I checked my croissant, I made the decision to go to another DD (5$ was wasted), but once I realized that the croissant I ordered was wrong, trust went out of the door. It should be well roasted with a small amount of butter, you think that it was completely the opposite; rubbed with butter and barely roasted. This is the image, service, quality and impression with which consumers are to be left. A bad egg can spoil the pile. I am just a consumer with experience, but I have a voice, and its constitutional right to express it, and my right to expect a good service as a consumer in your company East Green DD
