The A La Menthe - Vaison-la-Romaine

A wonder, I looked for it and almost did not hide it well in its little passage. We ate the couscous from day to €14 and it was perfect, grain, fresh meat and cooked vegetables as necessary, all tied by a broth containing an explosion of delicate flavors. You add a pleasant and friendly service and you experience an "out of time" experience that accompanies this exceptional city.

The kitchen is divine! After taking the chicken tajine with lemon a long time ago, I didn't like it so much by enjoying a tajine...here it's great! And the setting is very pleasant, in a quiet little alley... the terrace is poetic and the restaurant full of charm. Here we go to Morocco for a meal...

Found quite by chance, we were delighted by the qualite of couscous and the surprise menu we recommend. The kindness of the service did the rest. We'll be back there without hesitation.
