WOW! This restaurant blew me away with the best dining experience I've ever had. I traveled all the way from Stockholm just to try it after hearing raving reviews. Stefan Taylor was incredible! Thank you for such a wonderful dinner. It was quite pricey though!

Simply the best and most ambitious restaurant in Vasteras. May only be a notch more creative, albeit to get the Michelin you're looking for.

Stefan and his team provide an outstanding experience at Essence. The food, service, and ambiance are top-notch. Despite the high prices, Essence is one of the best restaurants in Sweden. Overall, it is worth traveling a long distance for this exceptional experience. Thank you very much.

Amazing. Best food I ever had, better than the 2 and 3 Michelin star restaurants I've been. Perfect wine pairing. There's a thought behind every taste, texture and technique used. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. A joy to watch the food beeing prepared. Will definitely eat here again.

This restaurant experience is absolutely worth it! The food at Essence is some of the best I have ever had. The dishes are delicious, surprising, complex, and beautifully presented. Dining at Essence is truly a feast for both the taste buds and the eyes. The wine pairing we had that evening was excellent, with two wines that I will remember for a long time. The interactions with the restaurant staff added to the overall experience, creating a smooth and enjoyable vibe. Conversations with the staff felt casual, natural, and comfortable. A special shoutout to the crew for managing to cater to 12 people at the counter so well. I had a conversation with Stefan during our meal, and I can say that he is truly great. He is extremely passionate about cooking and his creations at Essence. I believe he epitomizes the essence of the hospitality industry. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, and we are already making plans to return soon.
