Fuji Sushi Buffet - Vacaville

This is an all you can eat sushi buffet, which in my experience is so far the best buffet I 've had. There is another fugi sushi buffet in Davis, NOT nearly as good as this one, it is worth it to just drive to vacaville and come to this one instead. This one has a comfortable open floor plan, and the sushi chefs in the center of the restaurant. They place the larger rolls and seared spicy tuna/salmon in the window are which is super easy to see. Ordering a drink (soda), is about $4. The lunch turns out to be about $28 (without drink), the dinner turns out to be about $35, both WAY worth it as far as sushi pricing goes. The ordered appetizers are also part of the buffet, my favorite appetizers are; fried oyster, yellowtail collar, and salmon teriaki so good! They also have going around on the small plates of the conveyor, baby octopus, and jellyfish which I LOVE. You can order a sashimi plate or special sushi order from the chefs in the center of the restaurant, I like to ask for sashimi plate red tuna, white tuna, octopus and salmon The lion king roll (cooked/baked) is always good too. Really worth it to come here, I love it!

I have gone to this place since they opened They were fabulous during Covid big pieces of sashimi Now, if you do DoorDash, the pieces are very tiny and very slim cut You pay per piece of sashimi And the items are so small it is NOT worth the price I ordered from somewhere else last week. I guess I will have to go back to them unless you can get it back up to par !!!! Thank you so much I have supported you in the past. I would hope you would support me now. The only reason I tried somewhere different last week is because last time I got an order of sashimi from you, they are very tiny and small , sliced thin as well I tried to go back to you today because I love your restaurant, but I can no longer support this.
