Taco Bell - Utica

Taco Bell in North Utica is a prime example of how a franchise should be run. The staff is outstanding, the service is quick, and they always get my order correct. If there are any minor errors, they are promptly fixed with a smile. This level of consistency is greatly appreciated.

The burritos at this restaurant were delicious. However, the mobile app is not very user-friendly. There is no senior discount available, and you cannot place orders for drive-thru pickup unless the app has your credit card information or a gift card. It can be a hassle to enter and delete credit card information on the app. It makes me wonder if credit card companies offer any benefits for businesses that have a lot of customers using their captive credit cards.

My husband is a big fan of Taco Bell, so we always end up going there even though it's not my favorite fast food joint. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of meat in the tacos this time. I noticed there was almost a half cup of meat in them. I may consider going back more often.

Taco Bell North utica is a perfect illustration of how this franchise should work. Great employees, fast service and they always get my order right and are happy to fix small mistakes that are rare in this place. Thanks for the consistency
