Bidra med feedbackReally nice, modern rooms. The sauna in the trailer is also special. What we didn't like at all was the unpleasant surprise and the way the following matter was dealt with. We had booked half board, but when we arrived on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. we were confronted with the fact that, exceptionally, there would be no food that evening. No apology and no drink on the house either! It took several phone calls to find a table in the restaurant on the island on a Saturday evening. So the start of the vacation was clouded. We would have liked the situation to be handled differently as hosts.

Schönes sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstückskonzept finde ich super so wird wirklich nichts weggeworfen. Toll weiter so
Es war so schön bei Euch die Zimmer so toll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Essen war super, egal ob Abendessen oder Frühstück. Wir waren einfach zufrieden. Leider aber keine Zeit für die Sauna gefunden ohne Auto oder Fahrrad ist Wyk zum bummeln schwer zu erreichen, da leider dort wenig Busse fahren. Wenn man es aber ruhig haben möchte, ist man dort genau richtig. Die Familie und das Team sind super freundlich.
