Baskin-robbins - Upper Lake

Avoid this place. I went in for a vanilla milk shake. I was the only one at the counter with two employees, and one car at the drive up. It took 10 minutes to get waited on. It took the employee, Josh, Shift Leader , another 15 minutes to make my milk shake . It was NOT a milk shake! Josh does not know how to make a milk shake...he put ice cubes in a blender with a little vanilla ice cream. Are you kidding me? I was headed on down the road when I discovered a glassful of chopped up ice with a tiny bit of ice cream! Josh is in his 30s, lots of colorful tattoos, bald, heavy set, and not very personable. And he shouldn 't be working at Baskin-Robbins. This was the nastiest milk shake ever.

Wouldn?t recommend. i love baskin robins but this particular shop wasn?t the greatest. we stopped to get gas and saw BR. we all got waffle cones and they were all very stale. my brothers was broken in half and the worker didn?t really care. although it was tasty, ice cream in some bins was freezer burned. and i had a chunk of ice in my cone.. i hate being a downer, but the workers weren?t happy to do their jobs. no one said thank you, no ?come agains!? and no smiles. it was 5:30 on a saturday, it was 90 degrees outside, and was very cool inside. refreshing. i love BR, but i would pick a different restaurant.

I have never had a good experience here. The employees always have an attitude with poor customer service (especially the one at the window). I was extremely surprised at how rude they are. I definitely wouldn't allow my staff to treat customers that way.

I ordered a cake several days ago. I called to check that it was ready for pickup because I realized I did not get an email confirmation. When I called they told me they had just received the order and they don?t have a cake designer as they have to call her in and she is unavailable. This is the kind of thing that I should have been informed of when I first placed my order. Now it is way too late to special order any other cake and I wasn?t informed until it was too late.

Well I can?t attest to the service or product because when I went there at 8pm they were closed even though it says open until 10pm. Very disappointed.
