Domino's Pizza - Columbus

I was having a rough day, so I decided to order 2 pizzas from Domino's on West Henderson Road in Columbus to cheer myself up. I arrived early to pick up my order and the two employees quickly made my pizzas. They were delicious and really lifted my mood. Thank you!

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. It seems like just a group of inexperienced individuals putting food together. They once served me an undercooked wing, and when I contacted the manager about it, they promised me a credit. However, when I tried to use the credit today, the staff acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I will never eat here again. If you work hard for your money and want to ensure your family's safety, I recommend avoiding this place. The quality of food is not worth the money.

Ordered from here for the first time last night and my entire order was messed up. Asked for a chicken habanero sandwich with banana peppers instead of jalapeño and they sent a plain sandwich with just chicken and pineapple…. No habanero sauce, peppers or anything. Asked for “well done” plain wings and received soggy wings… never again… wish I could give 0 stars… a waste of $25 ?

On time and hot food delivery it's great. Good taste in great value
