Baskin-robbins - Upland

I am an avid baskin robins lover and anyone that says it’s bad is in denial. Only one in the area which is suprising.

I wanted to surprise my husband for his first birthday year to be able to spend with our son together so I wanted to do a video game theme. I placed the order online of 1/3 sheet that serves 8-12 people 6 x 8 Oreo Cookies 'n Cream with chocolate cake flavor that was $39.99. I end up calling to see if they can add a simple video controller on to the cake. The staff was friendly and helpful. She said they will try there best to and the fee would be $5.00, but to add that note when you make the purchase online.s. I wouldn 't think it 'll be that hard to do a simple video controller and if it was too costly I wouldn 't pay for the design. Also, I didn 't want fondant on the cake since that tastes nasty so I ask them to do a simple design on it. Upon arrival, the staff showed me the cake and it came out super adorable. It was exactly what I wanted. The staff did advise me to put it in the freezer and take it out 10 minutes before serving. After the birthday event, my husband and guests all loved the cake. They thought it was super cute as well as it was delicious. I would definitely come here again to buy for future party events.

Friendly staff and a great selection of ice creams (actually had 41 flavors available the day I went).

Came here with my husband on Tuesday sometime in early afternoon. One worker greeted us and she was mopping. She kept asking what I wanted, didn't seem to be very patience. She kept mopping while mumbling then went behind counter, washed her hand 3 seconds without soap!!!!!!! I didn't want to get crazy while deep inside I was cringy all over my body and my husband almost laugh at me. If there wasn't any other customers sitting there, I would really say something. I didn't want to make a scene so I bought a scoop and ended up dump it outside. My husband knew how it is irritating me since I work in public health too. I cannot imagine!! Pls do not come to this place. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
