Bidra med feedbackLast Saturday was a catastrophe in the restaurant. obviously underoccupied, possibly callouts on the line and waiting staff, leading to one of the worst experiences I had in sarasota eating in over 25 years. we got our order and got our meals in a reasonable time, good as soon as the suppe was still consumed when the escape came, our waitress I don't think that was their regular position said better they get it early than waiting, and we saw other diner coming and going and long waiting times for drinks and meals from others. eating wisely the french was watery, the beef burgund was meh, lack of taste, but my wife thought the cripples were good. we never had to fall asleep when the meal had dropped off, that was the last service. we had to check our self-control and this required a control adjustment and we were still overwhelmed. the personal coughed around when the restaurant was packed so it was just a lack of bodies. Consistent. one of our cozy restaurants. the food is delicious, fresh and the entertainment during dinner was so pleasant. love mademoiselle Paris!
My husband and I had dinner here and it was delicious. He had the duck and I had the risiotto with shrimp and scallops. Very good flavor to both dinners. We will definitely be back!
In contrast with previous visits, this dinner was awful, and will be our last at Mademoiselle Paris. This time, we brought friends and were embarrassed, because they weren 't happy with their dinner either. Food wasn 't good ... onions in onion soup tasted BURNT, as if already-caramelized onions were reheated and forgotten about until they burned. Beef Bourguignon was meh. Only Tuna special was prepared right and tasted good. My Duck, ordered medium-rare, arrived overcooked and had to be remade. By then, the others had finished their meals and I was stressed and couldn 't eat, so I took it home. The music this time was an untalented guitar player ... not the charming accordion/keybord player who played previously. No music is preferable to irritating noise. Staff provided indifferent, mindless service, even the gal who identified herself as 'manager '. All were too busy hanging out behind the counter and socializing to bother with customers ' needs. If the owners expect to keep their customers, they will really have to tighten up their dinner operation. If the service and the food are not good, then throwing a tablecloth on the table doesn 't make for a fine dining experience. For the same money, Paris Bistro on nearby Lakewood Main Street has much better food, service and ambience, and for roughly the same cost, is a MUCH better value.
Great service. Enjoyed the duck and salads are great! Was here for lunch and even better! Will return
