The Habit Burger Grill - Universal

Ordered 2 cobb salads. Waited forever even though they had no other customers in the restaurant, because they were prioritizing online orders. Wouldn't even give me free cups for water... the staff were at least very kind and courteous. cobb salads did the job but were underwhelming. With so many other options in the area, you could do way better.

A very rude manager and she only got upset when I asked her for a glass of water.

The burger was amazing and the fry's nice and hot. The cashier was also really nice and made sure my order was accurate!

Very rude personal, was arguing with me because they forgot to put the cheese inside the burger and she offered me to give the cheese on side. I asked to redo the burger and she was angry at me ? will never go back again. Horrible

Just spent $32 on two burgers, a small fry/onion ring combo and a soda. I asked the for a cup of water and they told me no. We don 't give out water. I just gave you $32. Can 't you give me 3 inches of water to go with this? No. Sorry. I found myself so put off by this policy. Jail will give a prisoner water. All that said, I get it. It 's their policy. They can do that. And I can give them one star and tell you and them that this policy is beyond ridiculous. You 're not the only burger stand in town.
