We had the sweetest waitress named Holly! The food was good. When we first entered the hostess had us go sit in the bar area. The bartender was rude when she came over stating we had to go out front to be seated. Instead of being rude back I just went back out front. I hope the manager knows that a tourist from Missouri will possibly come back even though the bartender was so rude directing me back out front after I was sent to her section by the hostess . Moral of the story is the bartender missed out by being rude cause I tipped the waitress 40%. If you work in customer service learn to be nice or find another career!!!

Great food, Michelle was a great waitress and took care of us. Had the chicken fried steak and it was enough for two meals. Fried okra was delicious too.

Very good visit today at Heitmiller Steakhouse. Chicken Fried Steak is always good. Tried the Blackend Steak tips today, very good! Margarita with a shot of Grand Marnier was Excellent!

Loved the atmosphere and the food was very good. Our server Holly was absolutely amazing. Very professional and polite. She made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back.

Paisley was a very nice and friendly professional. Always have a great experience while in Waco at this establishment
