Outback Steakhouse Union Gap

Great service! Our waiter board was the epitome of what a waiter should be. Fast efficient. He even boxed up our leftovers and bag them. I can't say enough about this guy. Best Margarita in the city also!!! Very satisfied with our experience!!

Our waitress was super nice and helpful, even though it was a really busy night and she stayed past close to serve everyone still there, she always had a smile on her face and was so friendly. The food was great and came out really quickly too! Only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 is the hostess was pretty rude, maybe she was having an off day though.

Friendly staff and pretty good food. Could have been hotter when it came to the table but sure tasted delicious. The Bloomin Onion was really good. The first day I visited was just after opening and there was zero toilet paper in the washrooms. The day after when I visited around 4hrs after opening, the toilet paper was still not replenished which makes me wonder about whether they have a maintenance schedule at all. When I asked the staff, a gentleman simply handed me a roll and left two others on the counter, for the two stalls. Seemed very odd...They are just regular rolls, not the large industrial sized ones.

Yikes. When did Outback become so expensive (don't say along with everything else)? Limited hours of service which would make one think the bartenders/servers would be in better spirits. Blah service and pricey mediocre steak. It's awesome they are next to a truck stop however the pricing definitely pinches truckers out. Kudos to the General Manager walking the floor and engaging customers on their meals. Ribeye was tasty but for the price point I expected a better grade of meat. Decent assortment of beers on tap.

My fiance and I came here Sunday night. The food was okay. It was hot and not old. I got the ribs and they were dry with a vinager based BBQ sauce. The mashed potatoes had a wierd taste. My fiance got a hamburger, and he said they went heavy on the mustard, like crazy heavy. Besides this, our waiter was super rude. She brought us our blooming onion and walked off. We had to ask our server next time she came over for some and she rolled her eyes as she walked off. The whole time our server seemed like she was in a bad mood. 2/5 stars.
