McDs is always good, but what makes it great are the ones that packs your food and makes sure everything is right. Then sends it out complete with utensils and napkins.
The fries were stale and I ordered a strawberry milkshake and they gave me vanilla. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and only got 1 patty in it.
Good service and convenient location! Food is typical for McDonald?s. I like that it is located near the BART station. I enjoy visiting after a trip on the BART system.
The restaurant consistently gets orders wrong, either not giving the correct item or wrapping it as if it's right but giving something else instead. In my most recent order, I received a McDouble instead of the triple cheeseburger I had ordered.
