Chevys Fresh Mex Restaurant

Our server was nice. I ordered the “surf and turf” Valentine’s set dinner. I was eating my chicken taco and I bit on something hard, so I spit it out and found that it was a NAIL/SCREW!!! I was so disgusted and didn’t eat the rest of my food. Good thing I ate the enchilada first which was good btw. The manager took $10 off our bill. Thank you, I guess. He was like, hmmm I’m not sure how the nail got there. I’m pretty sure it didn’t walk there. SMH Funny, our server said that the table next to us also found something in their food. It’s concerning to hear that.

Well we ordered some food to go the server never putted the order in.

Food was great. Service was Meh!! Person who took care of us wasn’t attentive . We had to ask for water, cutlery etc..

Had reservations for 5pm on 1/27. Got seated 5 mins late but the biggest issue was we waited more then 30 to get a server come to a table we actually had to find someone. At no point did we get offered water or anything word say someone will be with you shortly! The table next to us immediately got water their order taken, they had double amout of people After finally getting our order taken we wait another 45mins for food water! Again we had to go ask for another server or at least someone to bring water.. we finally got our food no drink because the bar was behind we had a bottle beer a house margarita real simple drink didn 't arrive until almost end of meal! its been a while since visiting we will most likely not return back! we were excited to visit for my sisters birthday but the experience just left a damper on the evening

Great food and service . We enjoyed and will be back
