Arby's - Union City

The service was attitudinal and snarky. You can tell that the food was hastily prepared and the atmosphere was awesome I was in my truck.

It was a nice and peaceful experience. The service was friendly and fast

By the time I was almost home, I noticed my order wasn't right.

Just stood in the drive through for 15 minutes to be told they are out of the deep fried turkey club. I asked why they did not send someone out to inform me and the girl at the window said she was busy doing other stuff. Great customer service Arby's. This was my first and last experience with this slow food no customer service chain. Never again. This is probably a waist of my time but I want people to know that is not how you treat your customers.

Swung by for a friend, they said it was good. Staff was very personable and helpful!!
