Bidra med feedbackLine was long but that’s to be expected since I went at lunch time around 1-10 it moved quickly made it to the speaker gave my name for mobile order was told to pull to 2nd window upon arriving at the window a very nice your lady verified my order processed to hand me my order after checking my order I asked for a additional sour cream I could hear the older lady who was the manager I know this from her uniform say “Why it’s 2 in the bag, that’s y I tape the bag closed” I told the young lady to let her know that I heard her that even if I had to pay I still wanted it condiments don’t come out her check once I got back to work to see my food there was no chili sauce only a ton of ketchup no napkins I asked to add onions to the chili it looks lik they put 1/2 a onion in it not chopped up jus 6-10 rings of onions the potato was 1/2 cooked some parts hard
I typically get breakfast from this location. Pleasant experience. My order is never missing an item. Staff has been friendly.
Went to this location last night, ordered biggie bags for 5 kids.. older Caucasian gentleman in the window making drinks with no gloves, so I asked for each drink to be remade with gloves on, he proceeds to wash his hands and remake the drinks still with no gloves on.. so I tell him once again I would like him to put on gloves.. He then speaks to a gentlemen who comes to the window and I explain again, this gentleman has touched all over the tops of our drinks I would like them remade. This gentleman tells me it is not a requirement for them to wear gloves! I 've worked in the food and beverage industry for a long time and have NEVER heard it 's not a requirement to handle food/drinks with no gloves.. furthermore where is the customer service? If I 've requested that as a paying consumer why is that such a huge request to throw on some gloves for 2 secs to make sure children aren 't getting sick due to the lack of sanitary practices. Probably prepared our food with no gloves, something I can 't see, but my drinks I could and there shouldn 't have been a it 's not a requirement it should have been yes we can do that for you! Customer service is always priority! I run a restaurant and I wish my employees would say that to a customer in regards to gloves and their food, let me come manage this place cause that is nonsense, gloves should be worn at ALL TIMES, and switched out every so often....Smh
My favorite spot is in union City ga omg I get the Cobb fried salad it's great also camp creek location they really know how to fix that Cobb salad both locations all employees all nice fast n quick
NICE to see mannerism at a fast food place. The employees were very nice and accommodating to my dietary needs. Pleasant to speak with....the food was not so good. Cold fries and dry
