Emma's Sundae Fundae - Union

Went on 2 consecutive Saturday evenings. The staff was warm welcoming, amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel like I was a valued consumer. The plethora of ice cream flavors available to choose from made choosing a very difficult task. I highly recommend Emma's to anyone that's passing through town, anyone local and everyone that lives ice cream.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere. Televisions, video games, toys are plenty to keep the kids occupied when not enjoying ice creamParking: I think there were no less than 10 spots in the parking lot

For the high price of there ice cream you get very little. Will take my business elsewhere first time customer.

The employees do not greet you and not so friendly. Other than that me and my kids love their ice cream.

The ice-cream is awesome. I don't mind paying for a premium product. The service however leaves alot to be desired. The only time I've gotten good service was when Amber waited on us. This probably is not isolated to this place, Union's customer service is terrible. Come on Union, let's find some pride again and start caring about our customers.
