Dunkin' - Union

My drink was correct but the facilities weren't very clean. My food was hot as well. My mother's was incorrect, and her coffee wasn't fresh. They kept giving her the wrong coffee until she gave up, and tossed her receipt out without asking if she wantedit.

Way over priced compared to the other Dunkin donuts. I asked for oatmilk in my coffee and they put regular milk. Don't believe me ? Ask the toilet I had to used.

The prices are too high for my future plans. $12.99 for a dozen donuts is excessive, especially since they no longer offer the French Cruller donut that they've had for 60 years. I've had enough!

I visited this restaurant and found the woman at the register to be extremely rude; she had a very unpleasant attitude. I'm not sure if she is the manager, but she appeared to be older and wore glasses. I think she might be of Asian or Hispanic descent. Regardless, I didn't appreciate her attitude at all. Additionally, my iced coffee didn't have enough sugar in it. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

The service was quick and welcoming, and there was a great variety of pastries to choose from.
