Dunkin' - Ungerer St, North Mackay

I go every day before work never had an issue other than long wait cause front register keeps going down

I’ve been to this location a few times, due to convenience. Typically a Starbucks girl. As a result of being a Starbucks girl sometimes I have a few questions about the menu. Had one good experience out of those few times with a young gentleman. However, those young ladies that work there are extremely rude and very unprofessional. I won’t be returning. Save yourself the trip and go to Starbucks or to the western branch dunkin where it’s much better, and which I ended up doing. Even though it’s out the way, I would return to the western branch Dunkin over the Portsmouth Blvd location any day!

I take my kids here every Friday and the staff is always rude but we continued going because they are typically fast. This week all our sour bread was covered in mold ?? and they will not answer the phone

Hopefully this isn't a norm here, but I did sit at the dirve-thru microphone for 5 minutes before anyone came to help. And then they forgot my whipped cream on hot chocolate. Not the end of the world, just my experience.

Customer service is awful! Simple case of an incorrect order and the young girl just refused to do anything except-no joke- call me crazy and then stand by the window doing absolutely nothing.... except fumble with her hair (ew! Go down the road to Chick Fil A where they actually treat customers like they matter.
