Starbucks - UNCASVILLE

Only problem was wait time was close to 45 minutes in the morning. Assuming they are having trouble staffing due to covid, but the wait was ridiculous.

Timed my visit there so there was not a long line . Coffee was good as usually is at Starbucks and we enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches as we did not want a sit down and order experience that morning

The coffee at this restaurant is not consistent. Even when ordering the same drink, the taste can vary each time. The staff should be trained to ensure that the coffee is made correctly. I had a bitter experience when the creamer was put in the cup before the coffee, causing the drink to become bitter. The coffee should be made first, then water added, with cream added last, especially when making an americano. Each time I order, the amount of cream and taste of the coffee is different. I just want a more consistent coffee. Additionally, there was confusion with the points system at the register, even after clarifying with the cashier. It's frustrating when making a simple coffee order becomes complicated. A regular americano with cream should not be this difficult.

The baristas at this place are very friendly. The drinks are well crafted, but a bit expensive.

Three people were still waiting on hold for over 20 minutes to be seated at the restaurant, which already had 12 patrons.
