Bidra med feedbackThe serves are huge so, although the prices aren't that low, you can get great value if you want a lot of food. I was pretty impressed with the bakmi goreng, with lots of tasty meat and a good flavour except for lots and lots of salt (glad I got the spicy version to overwhelm the salt a little).
To noise because the chef don’t know how to play wok.. The food its good but only the noise have to fix..
We went here for lunch and although the menu is basically rice with meat or veg, or noodles with meat or veg, it does both REALLY well. We chatted with folk who go nearly every Sunday and it was packed with people who seemed to do the same. Because of the crowd, we had to wait 20 minutes for our food as there was only one cook in the kitchen, but the time passed quickly as we craned our necks to look at every dish as it was being brought out to neighbouring tables. Everything looked great because it was cooked fresh. No microwaves here! It's tucked away down an arcade and a little hard to find but it's worth it if you're a fan of this type of asian food.
Tucked away down an alley Lestari is definitely worth finding for a quick, cheap and delicious eat. It appears that Nasi Goreng is the house specialty. I had mie goreng first day. We actually went two concurrent days, we loved it so much. Second day they were 10 minutes late opening, and already a queue of people!! However, our order was quickly prepared and bright individually to the table. So efficient. Free tap water in bottles to help yourself to. So many eating places nearby, especially with all the ini clientele, but Lestari is worth hunting for!!
I have visited this restaurant twice. The first times, I ordered gado2, it is nice but extremely spicy. The second times, still ordered the same. But this time, felt disappointed, cause the sauce is too tick and sour.
